HOW IT ALL STARTED ?

Started by a group of individuals who worked in manufacturing and services industries; had to deal with issues internally which the external vendors or partners didn't understand. We realized that these vendors have mostly worked in the service industries (Indian businesses prominently dealing in the Service sector), they had little knowledge of the manufacturing processes and ultimately the required alignment with business wasn't as per expectations. Mostly they tried to apply the processes of the Service industry in the Manufacturing businesses which led to confusion. 

We, as a group of individuals with internal process know-how, decided to improvise the existing processes and improve them in the terms of the industry. Change had to happen internally so started this company keeping in mind the interests of the people who work in manufacturing and improving ever since.
